On a lovely Sunday of June 12, 2016 Res-Drob celebrated 65 years of successful business during a family event held near Rzeszow.

Among guests were not only employees with their families, but also representatives of the poultry industry from SubCarpathia and other regions of Poland and also Portugal. Attended the Major of Rzeszow Tadeusz Ferenc with his wife, Director of “Caritas” of the Diocese of Rzeszow Stanislaw Slowik, Deputy Director of the Regional Branch of Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture Tomasz Nowakowski and many others warmly welcomed.

The main part was opened by Res-Drob CEO Marek Jurkiewicz, who emphasised how important the role of the entire team is in the development of the company and that thanks to them the company is at its current high position on the market. Awarded on stage were longtime, dedicated team members. A special thanks was given to “Friends of the House,” also honoured in recognition of their services to the poultry industry, appreciated long-term effort in joint market activities and consistently favorable attitude towards business partners.

After formal moments came time for informal celebrations.

Children took part in games, activities and award winning competitions. A special attraction was a real glider and a stand-up performance.

Res-Drob prepared tasting of chicken skewers in a variety of flavors from mild to spicy – for supporters of intense sensations. Guests had a chance to try real specialties – molecular cuisine served dishes with intriguing names. The menu included: “chicken flavored ice-cream”, “smoking dragon puffs” and “bubbling soft drinks.”

Of course there was place (in stomachs and time) for an anniversary cake!

There was time for celebration, but also for discussion about the future market, poultry without antibiotics, increasing export to Europe and Asia, potential in the regional poultry and other hot topics. On the specially prepared stands, their achievements and offers presented 17 companies – already mentioned “Friends of the House”.

Since on June 12 Poland and Northern Ireland were competing in the EURO games, guests followed their struggles and cheered together for the best team to win.

As it turned out – effectively.

Later came time fire dancing and live music.

Thank you for being there with us and we hope you had fun. We sure did!
