Res – Drob is a modern poultry processing plant the biggest in Podkarpacie region. The company has been operating for over 60 years but is continuously  growing and introducing new production technologies. The significant development of the company started a few years ago after general overhaul and modernization of the slaughterhouse. The investments resulted in 40% growth of yearly production.

Currently 40% of meat produced by Res-Drob is exported to France, Germany, Great Britain, Ireland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and also Vietnam, Hong Kong and Middle African countries.

The company cooperates with trusted suppliers whose farms comply with all regulations . The factory Quality Assurance team constantly controls the quality of the birds from chick to a ready product.

As a dynamically developing company Res-Drob joined the prestigious rating kept by Puls Biznesu newspaper. In 2012 the factory won the title of Regional Leader of Innovation and Development.

We know all our farmers due to that we can guarantee that they provide highest quality chickens.

Each stage – from chick to the plate – is monitored by veterinary doctors  and the company’s quality control.  We know the origin of the chicks bought by the farmers. We also check the quality of the feed.  Consumers should take heed that adding any hormones to the feed is forbidden by Polish Law.

The contracted farms are monitored by veterinary doctors and regularly checked and accredited by Res-Drob. Res-Drob has written procedures which the farms have to be audited against. These are control factors which provide good and stable animal welfare i.e. temperature, ventilation, bedding for the birds, watering equipment and feed.

Conditions of transport of the livestock to the factory are also strictly controlled – the lorries which transport the livestock  have to be approved by a Veterinary Doctor.

The farmers are obliged to provide health certificates for the birds with every delivery.  Independently employed  Vets and Res-Drob’s Quality Assurance team examine the quality and condition of the birds.

All of the above controls guarantee food safety and the highest quality of chicken meat.

Res-Drob and the farming community have got together to improve the welfare and the quality of chicken in Poland, this is driven by the change which is needed by our customers at home and abroad. These changes will improve the farms thus improving the country’s position on the world markets.

What is more important over a half of the farmers have been with us for many years. Very often we work with them for generations – once parents were in charge of the farms now their children have taken over the business  and they still cooperate with our company. They value us for our input into their business – our company organizes professional training and advises how to improve the breeding conditions.

One of our long term partners is Mr. Jan Bartman who has been working with Res-Drob for over 35 years. He says that we have never let him down. Chickens delivered by Jan Bartman are always of the highest quality.

Mr. Andrzej Sączawa has also been working with us for many years – recently he has finished building  brand new well-equipped chicken sheds with automatically controlled ventilation and heating. Mr. Sączawa provides us with best quality poultry.

Mr. Aleksander  Drapała has also invested into a new fully automated chicken sheds. Chickens provided by Mr. Drapała are always of good quality.
